As part of the Phillip Island Whale Festival, we’re hosting a semi-formal dinner to mark the Winter Solstice.
A menu built around the season will showcase local produce, with truffles from Scotch Hill Truffle Farm featured throughout and wines paired to match. Live music carries through the evening, with telescopes set across the lawn for stargazing between courses.
