Tucked just to the left of the main restaurant, Salta was born from Dan and Ky’s adventures across South America. But like all good journeys, one inspiration led to another—and Salta has become a space where we explore flavours from all over the world.

It’s a little more playful, a little more unexpected, and a whole lot of fun. From bold, worldly dishes to something tasty for the kids, Salta is where we get to experiment and share the things we love most.
